The opportunity

You can expect to build integral relationships, provide consistent and excellent customer service to deliver the dream of home ownership. You will be provided with leads generated by company marketing strategies and will be expected to follow up on new enquiries to the display to convert to new home sale contracts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating referral sales from existing customers and your own network
  • Updating and maintaining sales data
  • Continuously learning new products and land availability
  • Producing home & land packages
  • Effective management of customer relations through to the completion of each home

Your skills and experience

You will be a self-starter with a proven track record in home sales and will be passionate about providing genuine customer satisfaction.

You will also possess:

  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills to meet customers’ needs
  • A drive to relentlessly exceed targets and a hunger for success
  • A positive attitude to professional development and learning
