Join a leading, national NDIS provider who provides exceptional therapy to their clients. They are committed to helping therapists specialise in their interest area resulting in better care for their clients.

If you are seeking diversity in your role and are ready to provide a comprehensive level of structured support to Speech Pathologists, this team is for you!

The role is based in the suburbs of Western Melbourne with an office in the area. Full-time and part-time options available.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage a small caseload and develop therapy plans in line with evidence-based assessments
  • Chose from an adult, paediatric or mixed ages caseload depending on your experience
  • Provide supervision to 2 Junior Speech Pathologists
  • Review reports and client notes
  • Provide comprehensive feedback and conduct performance reviews

  • Salaries between $85,000 - $94,000 + super (depending on experience)
